Allenergy Inc. Updates Ball Lease
Drilling
INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Nov 13, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall
via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALRY), with
a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and
current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural
gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today that
it has completed the drilling operations on the G-4-17
well located 1320' east of the G-4-15 located on the
Ball Lease in Chautauqua County, Kansas. This lease is
one component of Allenergy's Project Four.
The objective of this well is to outline the
perimeter of the Redd Sand which was found in the G-4-15
and to test the Weiser and Mulky formations. It is the
Company's conclusion that the Redd Sand was undeveloped
and tight, which does not mean that it won't produce but
it showed Allenergy the probable outside East perimeter
of the Redd Sand.
Some unexpected formations were encountered in
drilling this well but as expected the Weiser and the
Mulky were prominent and appeared on the open-hole log
to be excellent producers for the Company. We have
perforated and acidized the Mulky and will frac this
formation early this week. Production equipment is on
hand to enable the Company to put this well in
production quickly. "We expect stellar results from our
new G-4-17 well," said Larry Sanford, President.
The drilling company is expected to be on the G-4-18
location late this week or early the next to drill 660'
southeast of the G-4-15 Redd Sand well. The results of
this drilling will help to correlate the gas drive
between these two wells so Allenergy can utilize this
information to maximize production numbers. The Company
is still maintaining the back pressure on the tubing and
casing until these results are analyzed.
The next well in Allenergy's schedule to drill is the
G-4-16 660' East of the G-4-15.
After the three newly drilled wells are completed and
producing, given the excellent virgin pressures and
prolific geology, the Company should conservatively
increase to the established daily an additional 90 BOPD
and 120 mcfpd. "We are still in the preliminary stages
on this anticline project and we believe to achieve the
same ongoing success," Mr. Sanford said.
