Allenergy, Inc. Updates Operations
INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Dec 11, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall
via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ALRY),
with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and
current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural
gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today announced it
has completed the drilling operations on G4-18 located
on Allenergy's Ball lease in Chautauqua County, Kansas.
The 4 1/2" casing was set in the Redd Sand formation
and ran in by Rex Horning Well Service rig #4. The open
hole log showed an impressive commercial value and
better porosity than the G4-15 Redd Sand well. Allenergy
will perforate and acidize this week and then make the
decision to frac and what size and type of frac would be
needed. All production equipment has been purchased and
is in place to be installed as soon as the completion
process is done. "The Company is extremely excited about
this well going online and expect it to be an equal to
G4-15 as well as the remaining wells to be drilled on
this virgin pressure Ball lease," said Larry Sanford,
President.
A larger pumping unit has been placed on the G4-15
while the entire Ball lease has been shut in due to the
new installations at the tank battery. Now that
everything is in place and working properly, Allenergy
can announce more accurate production numbers on this
lease.
The newly drilled and completed G4-17 is now pumping
24 hours per day. After the frac water has been
recovered Allenergy will be able to report the initial
amounts of oil and gas produced. There are sporadic
amounts of oil and gas produced now which is unusual for
a Mulky well this early before de-watering.
Allenergy has filled eight Notice of Intents with the
Kansas Corporation Commission to drill on Allenergy's
100% working interest Dark Treasures properties situated
in Montgomery and Chautauqua counties. Three locations
have been staked on the Clark, one on the Bayless, two
on the Pendleton and two on the Moore.
Allenergy has outlined and assigned crews to begin
remedial work on the seven wells for the West Thorne
lease and the seven wells for Mann "B" lease. The Mann
"B" looks very promising because of past production
records and production was halted due to lack of capital
expenditures of the previous operator. The West Thorne
lease is as promising but terrain difficulties,
especially this time of the year, will cause some delay.
One well has been put online because of the easy access
and is producing 1 BOPD. The bigger producers are on top
of the hill and will be reworked as weather permits.
"Phase 1 of our business plan is near completion,"
Mr. Sanford said. "Mr. Horning and I pledge to the
shareholders of this Company to strive and dedicate our
resources to make this Company one to be noticed and
valued as the numbers dictate. We thank you for your
patience."
