Allenergy Equips Two
More Wells on Its Ball Lease Property in
Kansas
COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Dec 20, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall
via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC:
ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil
and gas industry and current involvement
in the multi-billion dollar natural gas
fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced
today that it has equipped two
additional wells on its Ball Lease
property, part of the Company's 960-acre
AE Project Four.
"These two wells are in the Weiser
Formation, a rich, oil-bearing sand
section of our Ball Lease," said Company
President Larry Sanford. "We have
equipped the wells with rods, tubing,
downhole production pumps and pumping
units. The installation of electric
lines and flow lines to the tank battery
will commence this week as well."
"There's a third well that we have
targeted as an equal possibility for
enhanced production, which could also be
put on pump by the end of the year,
weather permitting," Mr. Sanford stated.
Allenergy also announced that
negotiations for the Central Kansas
Uplift Project in Rush County have been
terminated following due diligence. The
Company reiterated its strategic focus
on Southeastern Kansas, where its
existing oil and gas properties and
holdings, including the Ball Lease, are
concentrated in Montgomery County. "We
want to ensure that our emphasis remains
on currently-producing properties with
cash flows that provide attractive
returns to Allenergy's investors and
shareholders," Mr. Sanford said.
