Allenergy Completes Dark Treasures Acquisition Due Diligence

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Jan 16, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC: ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today that it has completed due diligence for the acquisition of Dark Treasures Oil and Gas, whose 960-acre holdings include producing properties in Kansas's Chautauqua and Montgomery Counties. As previously announced, the Dark Treasures properties consist of four leases, the Moore, Clark, Pendleton and Bayless, with each lease held by one producing gas well.
