Allenergy Completes Dark Treasures Oil and Gas Acquisition Financing

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Jan 24, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC: ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today that it has completed the financing for the acquisition of Dark Treasures Oil and Gas, whose 960-acre holdings include producing properties in Kansas's Chautauqua and Montgomery Counties.

As previously announced, the Dark Treasures properties consist of four leases, the Moore (160 acres), Clark (400 acres), Pendleton (240 acres) and Bayless (160 acres), with each lease held by one gas well, currently producing more than 80,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas.
