Allenergy, Inc. Acquires 160-Acre Kansas Lease

INDEPENDENCE, Kan., April 29, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the 160-acre Spire lease located in South Central Chautauqua County, Kansas.
According to the Company, well logs in the immediate area of the Spire lease reveal excellent pay zones in the Redd Sand and Prue formations. "The Company is confident and eager to commence operations on this recent acquisition to prove out our findings," said Allenergy CEO Larry Sanford. "We have been able to purchase this acreage as a result of winning a hard-fought effort, and are building on our aggressive reputation and our reputation for quality and performance," he concluded.
