Horning to Vice President of Operations and to Board of
Directors

17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current
involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas
fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today announced the
promotion of Rex Horning to Vice President of
Operations. Also, Mr. Horning has been appointed to the
Company's Board of Directors.
Since becoming part of the Allenergy family of
companies in April 2007, Rex Horning Well Services (RHWS)
has seen rapid expansion. RHWS serves both Allenergy
wells and those owned and operated by other companies.
