February 2005. His

Frankie M. Garrity
- Secretary/Treasurer
and Director
Ms. Garrity has many years experience in
various aspects of business. As
owner/officer/director of a commercial
helicopter service, she managed its day-to-day
operations. She also served as Executive
Secretary to the owner of two top Las Vegas
casinos and served as Secretary/Director of two
publicly traded companies prior to joining
Allenergy, Incorporated. Ms. Garrity is the wife
of former President Rodger W. Garrity.
