PC Pump(TM) Increases Oil-Per-Day Volume on Allenergy's Smith Lease Property in Kansas

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Dec 08, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Allenergy, Inc. (OTC: ALRY), with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today the installation of the PC Pump(TM) that is designed to displace approximately 700 barrels of fluid per day at the Company's Smith Well.
"This system has replaced the conventional lifting process that was initially installed and moved about 50 barrels of fluid per day," said Company President Larry Sanford. "The Smith Well was drilled and completed in the Arbuckle Formation that is typically known to encounter a high saltwater-to-oil ratio," he added.

"The PC Pump(TM) will move a greater amount of fluid to increase the oil-per-day volume," Sanford stated. "Since this new lifting method has been installed the oil production has increased by 60 percent in the early stages of this process. The Company feels this percentage should continue to increase with the rapid depletion of water production."

As previously announced by Allenergy, the Smith Well forms part of the Company's Smith Lease property, containing 480 acres along with the Ferguson Properties. The PC Pump(TM) technology continues to strengthen Allenergy's existing properties and holdings in Montgomery County, Southeastern Kansas.
